For Mobile App Users:

Location Data — For GPS-based features such as route tracking. Collected only when you authorize.
Account Info — Email address (via Apple or Google sign-in) and anonymous user ID.
Purchase Records — In-app purchase items, used only for feature unlock verification.
Usage Data — App interactions and feature usage frequency (anonymized).
Health & Fitness Data — Running distance, time, pace, and other activity metrics.

For AI Business Solution Clients:

Business Information — Business name, location, contact details, and industry type.
Operational Data — Inventory levels, sales history, and menu information for AI recommendations.
Communication Identifiers — LINE User ID, phone number, or email for service notifications.

2. How We Use Data

Provide and maintain core product features (tracking, sync, AI predictions, notifications)

We do NOT sell your personal data to any third party.

Mobile Apps — Data stored locally on your device and synced via Apple CloudKit or Firebase with encrypted transmission
AI Solutions — Business data stored in secured cloud services, accessible only to the respective client and our system
All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption

4. Third-Party Services

Our products may use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

Firebase — Cloud database, authentication, analytics, crash reporting
Apple CloudKit — iCloud data sync
Apple App Store — In-app purchase processing
OpenAI API — AI prediction and analysis engine

1. Scope of Services

Mobile Applications — iOS apps including fitness tracking, lifestyle tools, and utility applications
AI Business Solutions — AI-powered tools that help businesses automate operations and improve efficiency
Consulting & Custom Development — Technology consulting and custom software development
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services with reasonable notice

2. User Responsibilities

Be at least 13 years old (or legal age in your jurisdiction)
Provide truthful and accurate information
Not abuse the service or engage in illegal activities
Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

For AI Solution Clients: AI recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees. Final business decisions are your responsibility.

3. Payment Terms

Mobile Apps:

In-app purchases are processed through Apple App Store
Non-consumable items are permanent once purchased
Refund requests should be directed to Apple

AI Solutions:

Service fees are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually)
A one-time setup fee may apply for initial configuration
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before renewal

4. Intellectual Property

All product content (code, design, icons, text, AI models) is owned by CHIAOPOINT TECHNOLOGY LLC
User-generated content (run records, business data, etc.) belongs to you
Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of our products is prohibited

5. Disclaimers

Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
GPS location may have errors; do not rely solely on navigation features
We are not liable for physical injuries from using fitness-related features
AI recommendations are for reference only. We are not liable for business losses resulting from AI suggestions.
We are not responsible for third-party service outages (LINE, OpenAI, Google, Apple)
We do not guarantee permanent data storage; please back up important data

6. Account & Termination

You may delete your account anytime to terminate free services
For subscriptions, see cancellation terms in Section 3
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
Upon termination, we will provide your data upon request within 30 days

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For any disputes arising from these terms, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming.
